Closing and service times during Christmas time 2011 and New Year 2012

EXPORT TERMINALS V-15 and V-9

Independence Day 6th December 2011

Cargo for loading for container, flat units or heavy lift cargo for vessels departing between 6th to 8th December need to be in the port by 2nd December at 7:00.  Grimaldi Euromed or Ocean cargo for vessels departing between 6th to 7th December need to be in the port by 2nd December at 15.00.

Other Roro cargo for vessels departing between 6th to 7th December need to be in the port by 5th December at 10.00.

Due to Christmas time cargo for loading on container, flat units or heavy lift cargo for vessels departing between 24th to 27th December need be in the port by 22rd December 7.00 and Grimaldi Euromed or Ocean cargo at 15.00. Also the cargo for vessels departing on 28th December, closing time is on 23rd December at 10.00. 

Other Roro cargo need be in the port by 23rd December 10.00.

Due to New Years´ holiday cargo closing as normal week ends.

Epiphany 6th January 2012

Cargo for loading on container, flat units or heavy lift cargo for vessels departing between 6th to 9th January 2012 need to be in the port by 4th January at 7.00 and Grimaldi Euromed or Ocean cargo at 15.00.

Other Roro cargo need be in the port by 5th January 2012 at 10.00.

From 23 Dec. at 22:00 untill  27 Dec. at 6:45

From 31 Dec. at 15:00  untill   2 Jan. at 6:45

From   5 Jan.  at 22.00 untill    7 Jan. at 6:45

IMPORT TERMINALS

Independence Day 6th December 2011

Cargo delivery is open on 5th December at 7-16 and re-opened on 7th December at 7-16 as normal.

Deliveries during the holiday are only possible against an advance order for overtime-work.

Christmas time

Cargo delivery is open on 23rd December at 7-16 and re-opened on 27th December at 7-16 as normal. Deliveries during the holidays are only possible against an advance order for overtime-work.

New Year holiday

Cargo delivery is open on 30th December 2011 at 7-16 and re-opened on 2nd January 2012 at 7-16 as normal. Deliveries during the holidays are only possible against an advance order for overtime-work.

Epiphany 6th January 2012
